Go to the URL on the flyer (not an email). You’ll have to make an account with them if you’ve never used it before, but it’s quick and easy and free.

I checked the submissions guidelines. It doesn’t say a word count for a long short story.

1: It’s probably waaay too long.
2: It’s not even finished yet.
